Positive: This hotel will always be one I return to. It does have a beautiful vibe, lovely staff and great location. The views from the swimming pool and bar area are stunning. Each time we ate by the pool, for dinner or for breakfast, the food was fantastic.
Negative: We came at the end of the season and it felt like it but only because some of the sun loungers need replacing. Some of the outside area near the pool and footpaths needs upgrading. Can't complain about anything else

Positive: There's free parking outside hotel. The Hotel location is on top of a hill it has spectacular distance sea views I wouldn't look down as this is just residential housing and sports courts. A different story at night it looked amazing all lit up. I met one of the waiting staff a female waitress who's English was impeccable this made our stay just wonderful and a young man waiter who also spoke good English helped us translate the food menu from a scan QR code. Amazing service. Food in restaurant was good price with discount and great day one. Hotel deco lovely everywhere looks luxury Room air con good & powerful Bathroom shower powerful lovely hot water and lovely fluffy towels. Crisp sheets on bed. Safe in room Tea/coffee making facilities and a welcome fridge because it was roasting heat.
Negative: Underground parking is at a cost. We were staying in July extremely hot. The hotel Lifts was difficult to navigate at first as the hotel is like a rabbit warren of rooms. Bed hard for us and room quite small. Door to room on a strange angle. Certain lifts take you to one level and then you get out and get a further lift to the floor you require. It's not clearly sign-posted in the lifts which would actually help. The Receptionist are vague on this when you check in. No welcome at all from both receptionist and no pool towels offered. I didn't feel at all welcome at first impressions from reception. Regimented check in until no smiles at all. Booking a table is essential for dinner another message not communicated by reception staff. We were offered a 15% discount voucher during our stay if we ate in the restaurant outside on the terrace area. Unfortunately my spaghetti Bolognese was stone cold on day 2 and my husband had the smallest piece of sea bream fillet I've ever seen during our travels around Spain. He was so hungry afterwards he wished he'd ordered an extra portion of chips with his meal as fish only comes with limited veg again a very small portion. This was only Day two of our stay and the restaurant had lots of dishes on the menu sold out. Bar staff struggled to understand basic drink orders. The swimming pool was too busy for us. Sun loungers need replacing so uncomfortable. Not much of a balcony in our room very small but great sea view
